Responsibilities Conduct engaging and informative driving lessons tailored to each student's skill level and learning style Demonstrate safe driving techniques, traffic laws, and vehicle handling procedures during practical sessions Develop customized lesson plans that align with learner progress and licensing requirements Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods accordingly Manage classroom activities for beginner drivers, including theory instruction on road safety, rules of the road, and vehicle maintenance Maintain accurate records of student progress, lesson schedules, and assessments Ensure all training sessions adhere to safety standards and legal regulations Requirements Proven experience in driving, with a valid driver's license suitable for instructing learners in various vehicle types Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate students of all ages Excellent classroom management abilities to create a positive learning environment Exceptional communication skills to explain complex concepts simply and effectively Commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement in instructional techniques Background Check and Fingerprints during hiring process.
