What you will do:

Educates and instructs students pursuing their driving license in the safe operation of motor vehicles in the classroom. Maintains an awareness of various students learning styles and adjusts instruction appropriately. Provides instruction in a patient, calm, and personable manner to reduce student anxiety, cater to various learning styles, and enhance the learning experience. Assists in driving school with various administrative tasks. Adheres to all department policies and procedures, including accurate recording of student hours. May provide training and guidance to new driving instructors/trainees in the facilitation of classroom materials. Provides training feedback to both the supervisor and the employee.
