Overview Join our dynamic team as a Driving Instructor and inspire the next generation of confident, responsible drivers! In this role, you will deliver engaging, comprehensive driving lessons to students of all ages, ensuring they develop essential skills and safe driving habits. Your expertise will help transform learners into skilled drivers ready to navigate the roads with confidence and safety. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while honing your teaching and driving skills in a supportive environment. Duties Conduct structured driving lessons tailored to individual student needs, focusing on safety, traffic laws, and vehicle control Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement Prepare students for licensing tests by reviewing test requirements and conducting practice exams Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, student progress, and attendance Ensure all driving sessions adhere to safety protocols and legal requirements Communicate clearly with students to build their confidence and understanding of safe driving practices Skills Licensed by the MA Registry of Motor Vehicles. Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently Experience working with adult learners or diverse student populations is a plus Ability to manage multiple lessons efficiently while maintaining high safety standards Exceptional communication skills to motivate students and convey instructions effectively Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices in driver education
