We have been around for over 75 years, helping students grow and learn how to become the best drivers they can be. You can be apart of that! Teaching students either in the classroom or on the road on the fundamentals of driving safely. Everyone starts from somewhere and you can be apart of someones journey on being a new driver, giving one on one lessons on the road as well as road test. Here your passion for driving and teaching go hand in hand. Duties Conduct structured driving lessons tailored to individual student needs, focusing on safe driving techniques and traffic laws Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and confidence Prepare students for road tests by simulating test conditions and reviewing key skills Manage classroom activities when delivering theoretical instruction on road safety, vehicle maintenance, and traffic regulations Foster a positive learning environment by engaging students with clear communication and encouraging questions Ensure all vehicles used for instruction are properly maintained, clean, and compliant with safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in driving, with a clean driving record and valid Massachuttest driver's license Excellent communication skills to build rapport with students of diverse backgrounds Ability to demonstrate patience, adaptability, and professionalism in high-pressure situations Knowledge of traffic laws, safety protocols, and best practices in driver education Certified and licensed as an instructor by the RMV Embark on a rewarding career that combines your passion for driving with your talent for teaching.
