STEM Camp Instructor (Temporary) preferred- teaching certification local link 26
Position Overview:
Due to grant funding requirements, eligibility for this position is limited to individuals who reside in Baltimore City. The STEM Camp Instructor will lead hands-on STEM activities for rising 3rd-8th graders during the Black SONs Summer STEM Camp. The instructor will facilitate engaging, interactive learning experiences in subjects such as chemistry, environmental science, artificial intelligence, robotics, coding, engineering, and other STEM topics. The STEM Camp Instructor will work closely with the Camp Director and other staff to create a fun and educational environment while ensuring campers' safety and participation. In addition to classroom-based instruction, students will participate in 6 field trips during the six week camp, and all staff are required to attend and participate in these outings
