Overview:
Beal Driving Academy is looking for a part-time Driving Instructor for our Showhegan, Maine locations. We are seeking dedicated Driving Instructors to join our team for 10-20 hours per week for after school and weekend hours. The ideal candidates will have a passion for teaching and ensuring safe driving practices. This position offers the opportunity to educate and guide individuals in developing essential driving skills.Responsibilities:
- Conduct driving lessons for students of varying skill levels
- Instruct students on driving techniques, rules of the road, and safety precautions
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their driving abilities
- Demonstrate patience and effective communication during lessons
- Manage classroom sessions effectively to enhance learning experiences
Qualifications:
- Experience in driving and a valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey driving concepts
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques
- Ability to educate and engage students in the learning process
- Experience working with students, particularly in adult education settings
