Job Description

Overview Esthetics Instructor L'Esprit Academy Cosmetology or Esthetics Instructor License is Required to be considered for this position. Are you a passionate and skilled Esthetics Instructor ready to share your knowledge with aspiring beauty professionals? L'Esprit Academy is seeking an instructor for our teams in Southfield. We offer a fast-paced, fun, and supportive environment where you can use your skills to make a direct impact on our students' success.
Cosmetology Instructor Responsibilities:
As a Esthetics Instructor , you'll be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in all areas of cosmetology. Prepare and present engaging lesson plans that align with the state board curriculum and school standards. Demonstrate advanced techniques Evaluate student progress through hands-on assessments and written exams. Inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential and prepare for their careers.
Esthetics Instructor Qualifications:
Current and valid Esthetics or Cosmetology Instructor License (required). Proven experience as an Instructor or a professional cosmetologist. A strong ability to follow procedures and structure while bringing your own personality and approach to the classroom. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for teaching and helping others succeed in the beauty industry.
