We are currently hiring a Classroom Driving Instructor to lead courses in Hopkins High School for a permanent position with training beginning after licensing from the State of Minnesota. What We're Looking For:

Responsibilities:

Instruct students on safe driving practices and traffic laws in a classroom setting. Utilize lesson plans that engage students and enhance their understanding of driving concepts. Manage classroom dynamics to create a positive learning environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve driving skills. Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding performance and expectations. Ensure compliance with state driving regulations and maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.

Classroom Instructor Safeway Driving School 2065 Rice St, Roseville, MN 55113

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, following school release

Compensation & Benefits:

$19.00 - $21.00/hour. Paid time off and holiday pay. Safeway apparel provided. Additional benefits are available for full-time instructors, including health insurance, 401k, HSA, FSA, and Employee Assistance Programs.

Requirements:

At least 21 years old with a valid U.S. driver's license for 3+ years. Clean driving record with no major violations. High school diploma or equivalent. Pass BCA and FBI background checks. Patience and strong communication skills.

Licensing:
