Job Description

MTC Truck Driver Training, the leader in CDL Training, is seeking qualified instructors to train prospective students at our St. Ann, MO campus. Are you a skilled CDL Driver who aspires to mentor the future truck drivers by teaching them safety skills and the best practices of the trucking industry? Do you take pride in being professional Driver and put safety first? Then we want you! We are looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers with 3 years experience and the ability and desire, to train the next generation of professional truck drivers.

What We Look For:
Valid Class A CDL License Good driving record, No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years Able to operate a Commercial motor vehicle. 3 years Driving Experience. Must be able and willing to attain an instructor license from a state approving agency as applicable Able to Pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen Basic computer capabilities Have the ability to effectively communicate and provide training to others Good Interpersonal Skills with strong oral & written communication skills Must leadership abilities needed to provide instruction, full pre-trip inspection, basic control skills and over-the-road training to students
