Job Description
The PT Plumbing Instructor will prepare students for a successful career in the plumbing industry through classroom instruction, delivery of project-based learning activities, assessment, examination and grading. Prepares and update material/outlines. Provides traditional lecture and project-based learning activities including real-world scenarios as it relates to plumbing. Prepare course objectives following industry standards. Plans and document a program of study that meets the individual needs and abilities of students Provides instruction using handouts, texts, audiovisual, and project based learning Maintains accurate attendance records and submits timely end of course paperwork NC License or five years of direct experience Experience in training others in a workforce or classroom/lab setting. Willing to teach day or evening classes. Willing to earn NCCER certification within two months of employment. Familiar with MS Office
