You will be responsible for providing hands-on training, guidance, and support to our students as they learn the skills necessary to become successful CDL holders.

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive CDL training courses to students, covering topics such as safety operations, vehicle inspections, basic skills every driver should know, etc. Evaluate student performance through driving practice and skills assessments Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help students improve their driving skills and knowledge Maintain accurate records of student progress Teach the skills you already use every day

Qualifications:

Valid CDL with clean driving record for at least 2 years Prior experience not needed as Valerie will train you Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for teaching and mentoring others Patience and adaptability since each of our trainings are individualized based on the student's needs. Able to work outside in all climates and not afraid of a little dust or dirt. Like some exercise - as we walk and guide our students on our lot during some of the exercises.
