The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive driving instruction to students, ensuring they develop safe and confident driving skills. This role involves behind-the-wheel training, requiring excellent communication and instructional abilities. The Driving Instructor will play a vital role in preparing students for their driving exams and fostering responsible driving habits. We will reimburse for getting certified! Currently work for another driving school-we will beat your current pay! Set your own hours! Duties Provide behind-the-wheel instruction to students of various skill levels Assess student progress and tailor lessons to meet individual learning needs Prepare students for their driving tests by reviewing skills and knowledge Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning Keep detailed records of student attendance, progress, and performance Stay updated on current traffic laws and best practices in driver education Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proven experience in driving, with strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and engage learners Certification or licensing as required by NJMVC-reimbursement provided This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on new drivers' lives through professional instruction and mentorship.
