Job Description

Core Role:
The Behind-The-Wheel Driver Instructor is responsible for teaching prospective drivers how to operate a motor coach safely and according to our service standards.
Desired Qualities:
Dependable self-starter that takes initiative and accountability Strong communicator with the ability to provide constructive criticism Outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to adapt to all types of personalities Organized, detail oriented, planner and multi-tasker Flexible, enthusiastic, with a strong and reliable work ethic
Requirements:
Class A or B CDL with Passenger and Airbrake Endorsements Must have experience driving a motor coach Must have a safe driving history Must be willing to travel to conduct training at any of our other terminals Must be able to assist with driving when needed
