We need you ! We come from a background of trucking and we want to prepare our upcoming CDL drivers for not just their commercial license, but for the overall industry of transportation and trucking. From better understanding how to operate safely and successfully in trucking, to day to day operations, and to help prepare students for situations they won't find in a text book. Our mission is to provide the building blocks for new drivers to attain their license and get them "On the Road" to success. We are looking for experienced instructors to teach theory, applied driving skills, and behind the wheel training. Instructors with over the road experience preferred, but not a requirement. Completed CDL Instructor certification is required. We're ready to welcome you to the team with schedule flexibility, competitive pay, and benefits. Qualifications Clean MVR:
3 years (no moving violations) (Preferred) Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) current state and federal regulations relating to the trucking industry Proficient in teaching ELDT training, over the road, driving theory, or behind the wheel training Basic knowledge in utilizing computers/projectors for classroom curriculum
License/Certification:
OBL Instructor License, examiner certificate holder, and/or CCE third party test certification
Commercial CDL Class A:
5 years (Preferred) High school diploma minimum or
GED Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
Experience:
Commercial driving: 5 years (Required) Teaching or instructing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Nevada OBL Instructor License (Preferred)
