Swimfinity Swimming Academy Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Paid Training Provided Looking for a rewarding job with a schedule that works around school and activities? Join Swimfinity and help children build confidence, learn water safety, and develop life-saving swim skills in a fun and supportive environment. We are currently hiring Group Swim Instructors for: Monday-Friday evening shifts Saturday and/or Sunday morning shifts Train this summer (paid) and continue working with us through the school year! This position is ideal for high school and college students looking for: Flexible scheduling Consistent part-time hours during the school year A positive and supportive team environment Meaningful work that makes a difference Applicants MUST be available to continue working throughout the school year after completing summer training. What You'll Do Teach small group swim lessons to children of varying ages and abilities Encourage confidence, safety, and skill development in the water Create a positive and engaging class environment Follow Swimfinity teaching methods and safety procedures Communicate professionally with families and staff Help make swim lessons fun, safe, and impactful What We're Looking For Comfortable in the water and able to demonstrate basic swim skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and team-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Passion for working with children Availability to continue working through the school year No prior teaching experience required — we provide paid training for the right candidates.
