Full-time or Part-time About AAAA International Driving School For over 50 years, AAAA International Driving School has helped thousands of students throughout the Cincinnati area become safe, confident drivers. We're a locally owned and operated driving school offering classroom and behind-the-wheel training for both teens and adults. Our instructors are known for their patience, professionalism, and dedication to road safety. Position Overview We're looking for Behind-the-Wheel Driving Instructors to join our growing team! Work one-on-one with teen or adult students to help them develop safe driving techniques, defensive driving habits, and confidence behind the wheel. No prior teaching experience is required — we provide all training for certification! This position is perfect for a second job or flexible full-time work — you can create your own schedule between the hours of 9:00am-9:00pm all 7 days of the week! Responsibilities Provide one-on-one driving instruction for students of varying skill levels Maintain a calm, patient, and professional learning environment Follow state curriculum and company guidelines Safely operate a school vehicle during lessons Maintain accurate student records and progress notes Requirements Valid Ohio driver's license held for at least 5 years Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check Friendly, professional, and patient with teens and/or adults Enjoy helping others learn and grow Instructor certification training is provided for all new hires. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $17-$20/hr.
