We are currently seeking motivated, experienced, and dependable CDL-A drivers to join our team as Full-Time Range / Road Instructors at our Columbus location. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for professionals who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and helping others build successful careers in trucking. No instructor license? No problem. Qualified candidates without an instructor certification can complete our paid instructor certification program in just 3-4 weeks , with all required training hours compensated. Key Responsibilities As a CDL Instructor, you will: Train students on our driving range, focusing on: Backing maneuvers Parking techniques Vehicle control skills Pre-trip inspection procedures Conduct on-road driving instruction emphasizing: Safe driving habits Defensive driving techniques Proper shifting and vehicle handling Real-world commercial driving scenarios Prepare students for successful completion of CDL testing requirements. Monitor student performance and provide clear, constructive coaching. Create and maintain a safe, professional, and positive learning environment . Work closely with fellow instructors and staff to continuously improve student outcomes. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local CDL training regulations . Perform daily vehicle and equipment condition checks, reporting maintenance or safety concerns. Qualifications Applicants should meet the following: ✅ Valid CDL Class A License held for at least 3 years ✅ Clean driving history ( no more than one ticket or accident within the past 3 years ) ✅ Ability to pass a comprehensive background check ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Patient, professional, and committed to student success ✅ Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic ✅ Prior instructional experience is a plus (but not required) ✅ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States ✅ Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus Schedule Requirements This is a full-time position only .

Candidates must be comfortable working:
