In this role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate instructor schedules, and maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and student engagement. Duties Supervise and support a team of driving instructors, ensuring they deliver engaging, safe, and effective lessons Coordinate instructor schedules to optimize classroom and behind-the-wheel training sessions Monitor instructional quality by conducting regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback Develop and implement training programs for new instructors to uphold teaching standards Manage student enrollments, progress tracking, and ensure compliance with licensing regulations Foster strong communication with students, parents, and staff to address concerns and promote a positive learning experience Maintain accurate records of instructor certifications, student progress, and operational compliance Experience Proven experience in driving instruction with a strong understanding of traffic laws and safety protocols Prior classroom management experience with the ability to engage adult learners effectively Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams or supervising staff within an educational or training environment Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions and feedback to diverse audiences Hands-on experience working with students in both classroom settings and behind-the-wheel training sessions Knowledge of adult education principles to tailor teaching approaches for different learner needs Join us in empowering future drivers through energetic leadership, clear communication, and dedicated management.
