Duties Supervise and coordinate daily operations of driving instructors to ensure high-quality instruction and adherence to safety standards Develop and implement training programs for instructors to enhance teaching techniques and classroom management skills Monitor instructor performance through evaluations, feedback sessions, and ride-alongs to maintain instructional excellence Manage scheduling of lessons, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and instructor availability Foster a positive learning environment by promoting clear communication, professionalism, and student engagement Oversee compliance with licensing regulations, safety protocols, and educational standards across all training activities Collaborate with administrative staff to track student progress, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience in driving instruction with a valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong background in teaching adults or classroom management within an educational setting Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate students and collaborate effectively with team members Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing or supervising instructors or training staff Knowledge of local traffic laws, licensing requirements, and safety regulations relevant to driver education Ability to organize schedules efficiently while maintaining flexibility for unforeseen changes Prior experience in classroom or instructional settings is highly desirable Join our team to lead with energy, inspire learners, and drive success!
