Driving Instructor

In this role, you will empower new drivers by providing comprehensive, engaging, and safe driving lessons. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help students develop confidence, skills, and a responsible attitude toward driving. In class, driving instructors, teach traffic laws, safety regulations and defensive driving techniques in a classroom setting to prepare the student for behind the wheel training and licensing exam. Duties Deliver engaging and structured driving lessons tailored to each student's skill level and learning style Assess students' driving abilities through practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback Develop personalized lesson plans that align with licensing requirements and safety standards Maintain accurate records of student progress, lesson schedules, and assessments Foster a positive learning environment by demonstrating patience, clarity, and encouragement Ensure all driving activities comply with local traffic laws and safety protocols Communicate effectively with students of diverse backgrounds, adapting teaching methods as needed Skills Proven experience in driving, with a clean driving record and comprehensive knowledge of traffic laws Strong teaching abilities with experience working with adult learners or classroom settings Excellent classroom management skills to maintain focus and discipline during lessons Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically with students of varying skill levels Skilled in developing engaging lesson plans that promote active learning and skill retention Capable of managing multiple students' progress simultaneously while maintaining professionalism Passionate about safety, education, and helping others achieve their driving goals Join us as a Driving Instructor and be part of a team dedicated to empowering drivers for life!
