Responsibilities Conduct structured driving lessons for students, focusing on practical skills and safety procedures Assess each learner's progress and adapt instruction to meet individual needs and learning styles Explain traffic laws, road signs, and vehicle controls clearly and effectively to ensure understanding Maintain detailed records of student progress, lesson plans, and assessments in compliance with licensing standards Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their driving techniques and confidence Uphold all safety protocols during on-road training sessions and ensure vehicles are well-maintained and safe for use Qualifications Proven experience in driving with a valid driver's license; prior experience as a driving instructor or in driver education is highly preferred but not required Strong teaching abilities with excellent communication skills to engage learners effectively Knowledge of traffic laws, road safety practices, and vehicle operation Experience working with diverse student populations, including adult learners, is advantageous Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching new drivers Embark on a rewarding career where you can shape responsible drivers while enjoying a vibrant work environment.
