245 Certified Teacher Application Requirements Required documents must be uploaded. Documents are not accepted otherwise. Letter of interest Resume JROTC Instructor Qualification Letter BCSD requires a negative Tuberculosis test result before employment begins. Negative TB test result - upload if available, or upload a document stating it will be provided upon hire. TB test result must be submitted during onboarding.
