Driver School Instructor

Our first-ever WC driving school trainers will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. Our priority is to make sure we hire safe drivers that care about the service provided to the community. As a Driver Trainer with us you will be responsible for the following: Ensure all new students assigned to the organization are successfully enrolled in and completing mandatory safety training. Conduct initial and recurrent driver trainings Onboard new drivers ensuring each new member of our team is properly welcomed and given the tools to succeed. Successfully monitor and keep trackers and certificates up to date. Participate in Train the Trainer activities.

What we need from you:
