for Master License Instructor $500!!! Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating students on safe driving practices, traffic laws, and vehicle operation. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage a classroom environment while providing hands-on driving instruction. The Driving Instructor will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of responsible drivers. Responsibilities Educate students on traffic laws, safe driving techniques, and vehicle operation. Conduct both classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training sessions. Develop lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and ensure comprehensive understanding. Communicate effectively with students to foster a positive learning environment. Manage classroom dynamics to maintain focus and engagement among students. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their driving skills. Ensure that all instructional materials are up-to-date and relevant to current driving standards. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance. Experience Previous experience in adult education or teaching is required. Strong background in working with students of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities. Familiarity with classroom management techniques to create an effective learning atmosphere. Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
