Responsibilities Provide comprehensive driving lessons tailored to learners' skill levels, focusing on safe driving techniques, traffic laws, and defensive driving strategies Conduct practical driving examinations to evaluate candidates' skills, judgment, and adherence to safety standards Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessment results, and examination outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines Communicate clearly and effectively with students, providing constructive feedback and encouragement throughout the learning process Ensure all training sessions and examinations are conducted in a professional, safe, and supportive environment Stay updated on current traffic laws, licensing procedures, and best practices in driver education and assessment Requirements Valid certification as a Driving Instructor and Driving Examiner from the appropriate licensing authority (Training Available) Strong knowledge of traffic laws, road safety practices, and assessment standards Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse learners effectively Demonstrated ability to work with students patiently and professionally while maintaining high standards of safety and integrity Classroom experience or experience working with teen learners is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple sessions efficiently while ensuring each student receives personalized attention Live within North Bend / Snoqualmie Area.
