WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The ideal barre3 Felida Instructor candidate is energetic, loves to help others, can move to a beat driven workout, and enjoys a fun, high energy environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Pass a short audition with a barre3 Felida Lead Mentor which will be submitted for approval from the barre3 Corporate Instructor Training Team Complete five weeks of pre-training coursework as prescribed by the barre3 Corporate team and facilitated by a barre3 Felida Lead Mentor Attend one (1) weekly in-person workshop with a barre3 Felida Lead Mentor Attend a two-day Virtual Intensive led by a member of the barre3 Corporate Instructor Training Team Teach a minimum of four (4) Instructor-In-Training classes per week until you meet the brand standards set forth by the barre3 Corporate Instructor Training Team Be willing to teach a minimum of four (4) barre3 Signature classes each week (your classes are scheduled based on the availability you submit each quarter) Is this something you or someone you know might be interested in?
