Job Description

The Summer Faculty member is responsible for supporting the work associated with the Summer Residency. They will be supported in their role by the program leader and the Senior Faculty member. They will be expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities: Attending any relevant events associated with the summer residency, as well as, attending the fall presentations. Collaborate with the Senior Faculty member to create and implement the relevant curriculum for the summer residency. Support fellows through the proposal writing process in the spring by attending and co-leading workshops, in addition to offering meaningful feedback to student ideas. Attend and co-lead all summer residency activities. Providing timely feedback on all written work done by fellows, including their fall public presentations Coordinating with the Senior faculty member to meet 1:1 with fellows 1X per week for 1 hour, outside of the fellowship workshops.
