Job Description

Minimum Education and Experience:
Full-time Rutgers University-Newark Faculty or senior-level Administrators who have previous teaching and/or working experience with first-generation students, especially from Newark or Greater Newark. Must have a Bachelor's degree. Master's degree or Ph.D. strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must.
