Job Description

Master's degree in Special Education, Educational Diagnostics, Psychology or a related field, active Educational Diagnostician license, and 1+ years Educational Diagnostician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An educational diagnostician role is available in Fort Worth, TX, within a dynamic school setting. This contracted position involves working closely with students from 1st through 9th grade, providing essential assessments to support their educational development and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive educational assessments to identify students' learning needs. Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs). Monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Provide expert guidance on instructional strategies based on assessment results. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience in educational diagnostics within K-12 settings. Strong knowledge of assessment tools and interpretation. Effective communication skills with students, families, and educational staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
