JOB DESCRIPTION
Auxiliary Assistant Part time
Qualifications:
Current Alabama Teacher's Certification (preferred) or classified dependent upon qualifications of the person holding the position Previous Experience in auxiliary leadership role as a participant and/or coach (preferred) but not required Must have or be willing to obtain
CDL ESSENTIAL DUTIES
: Works with the band director instructor to organize and carry out a practice schedule. Supervises all assigned activities and performances. Develop routines for halftime shows, school events, and public service appearances. Encourages student involvement in program activities. Helps parents and students understand program objectives. Helps with team tryouts. Maintains the integrity of the selection process. Evaluate individual and team performance. Develops and refines team routines. Provides technical expertise in the coaching of team members.
