Duties:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the school staff, students, and parents
  • Develop and implement school policies and procedures
  • Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with educational standards
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Manage the school budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans and instructional strategies
  • Monitor student progress and implement early intervention strategies as needed
  • Implement behavior management strategies to promote a safe and respectful school environment
  • Ensure effective classroom management techniques are utilized by teachers
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and school activities ```
Qualifications:
```
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Valid teaching certification or administrative certification
  • Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably as a principal or assistant principal
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
  • Experience working with students of all ages, including toddlers and young children
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively manage behavior issues and promote positive student behavior
  • Familiarity with early intervention programs and literacy education initiatives
