Hiring Salary Range $15.15/-$20.58 per hour. Not Eligible for Benefits This is a part-time, temporary position not eligible for benefits. Work Schedule 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, five days per week. Job Summary This position will support the Division Admins and Division Chairs in Estrella Hall and Ironwood Hall with clerical duties such as restocking instructor workrooms and making phone calls to students when needed, placing room reservations and ordering paper from the Copy Center. This position will also require helping at the Information Desk to greet and direct students and staff to appropriate offices. Essential Functions Greet student's faculty and staff and provide information and direct them to appropriate faculty offices. Answer phone calls Assist faculty and staff with clerical support and projects Make sure conference rooms in EST are presentable Assist in making 25 Live Room Reservations Print daily schedules Check inventory supplies weekly in all workrooms and submit Staples orders to Admin to the VPAA Restock workrooms with supplies Assist Division Admins with phone calls to students regarding class cancelations Maintain reception areas in EST upstairs and downstairs Submit facilities work orders Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED OR An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements.
