Job Description

The High School Assistant Principal serves as Principal in the absence of the school Principal. The High School Assistant Principal serves on the leadership team with the Principal and other assistant principals. The duties of the Assistant Principal range from the supervision of students and teachers to the management of the daily schedule including extracurricular activities and events. The Assistant Principal builds relationships with parents, teachers and students and is able to communicate with all stakeholder groups. The Assistant Principal provides support to the Principal and the overall school community as outlined below. Position Details
REQUIRED
Master's Degree from an accredited college or university Three (3) or more years of teaching experience Possession of a valid Arizona principal's certificate Training in school management and administration Equivalent combination of education/training/experience (Position will close on June 12th.)
