Qualifications Proven experience in education administration with a strong background in classroom teaching and supervision. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising initiatives. Significant management experience leading teams of educators or administrators within an elementary school setting. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, students, and families while fostering a collaborative environment. Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate school goals, policies, and achievements to diverse audiences. Working knowledge of education policies, compliance standards, and best practices in elementary education. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree or higher in Educational Leadership or Administration preferred.
