They should have a genuine interest in the growth, development, and provision of a safe and nurturing environment for students. A Team Leader's ability to establish authority and connections through leadership, communication, and, most importantly, patience will be required to give our students the stability and nurturing atmosphere they need to succeed. This position will require Team Leaders to make daily work plans for Middle School and High School aged students. Team Leaders should expect to be in charge of up to 20 students at a time. A large part of this program is college and career readiness, experience in this is preferred.

Qualifications:

must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma.
