In this role, you will oversee a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for students. Your leadership will motivate students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' lives while demonstrating strong skills in education administration and working with students. Duties Develop and implement a comprehensive afterschool program that promotes learning, creativity, and social development. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by enforcing policies and maintaining a secure environment. Coordinate with school personnel, parents, and community partners to align program goals with student needs. Foster a positive program culture that encourages student engagement, respect, and collaboration. Qualifications Proven experience working with students in educational or extracurricular settings. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and staff. Passion for fostering a safe, inclusive environment that supports student growth.
