- $160,230 plus $1200 Doctoral Stipend, plus excellent fringe benefits package Length of Work Year 210 Days (2026/2027) Employment Type Full Time Site TBD Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Principal, this position serves as a support administrator to the educational leader and is responsible to assist with the leadership, administration, and management of all school site matters such as: selecting certificated and classified employees; formulating and evaluating operations, policies and procedures; supervising and evaluating all assigned staff; establishing and monitoring the implementation of goals, objectives and priorities; developing, monitoring and evaluating school site budgets and expenditures; developing and implementing staff development; and providing recommendations to the school site principal.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years successful teaching experience. Eligible for or hold a valid CA Administrative Services and/or appropriate teaching/certificated credential(s). Master's Degree in related field required/Doctorate desirable. Possession of a valid California driver's license, personal vehicle, and evidence of insurability. Experience with implementation of California State Standards, Special Education (Moderate/Severe), and English Learners preferred. Bilingual desirable.
