Responsible for the direction and coordination of instructional programs, operation of the physical plant, participation in staff and student activities, overall supervision and evaluation of staff, preservation of a positive school climate, and maintenance of effective communication between the school and the community. This position is part of the Administrative Employee Unit at MCUSD/MCOE and will be placed on depending on experience on the K-8 Principal Administrative Employee Salary schedule.
