Elementary School Campus Administrator at Stone Ridge Christian School Print Application Deadline Until Filled Date Posted 5/5/2026 Contact Sharon Twitty 209-386-0322 Number of Openings 1 Salary Pay Range 71,000 - 81,000 Annually Length of Work Year 1 Employment Type Full Time Job Summary Job Summary The Elementary School Administrator provides instructional leadership, student support, and operational oversight for grades Preschool - 5th Grade at Stone Ridge Christian School. This role partners closely with teachers, families, and SRC administration staff to ensure a safe, structured, and Christ-centered learning environment where students grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. The Elementary School Administrator reports to the Superintendent and works collaboratively with the Middle School and High School Administrators to ensure a seamless and cohesive transition for students as they progress into middle and high school.

Engage in daily prayer and personal devotions, modeling a Christ-centered life to students and staff. Exhibit the joy, integrity, and compassion characteristic of a mature believer. Follow the Matthew 18 Principle when addressing concerns with students, parents, and staff. Possess the ability to encourage students toward spiritual maturity, personal responsibility, and Christlike character. - Support spiritual formation, character development, and biblical worldview integration.
- Foster a Christ-centered culture of respect, accountability, and grace. Student Life & Discipline
- Oversee student behavior and discipline in alignment with the school handbook.
- Facilitate student conferences that encourage accountability, reflection, spiritual growth, and positive character development.
- Support student well-being and social-emotional development.
- Partner with counselors, staff, and families as needed.
