This role partners closely with teachers, families, and SRC administration staff to ensure a safe, structured, and Christ-centered learning environment where students grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. The Elementary School Administrator reports to the Superintendent and works collaboratively with the Middle School and High School Administrators to ensure a seamless and cohesive transition for students as they progress into middle and high school.

• Facilitate student conferences that encourage accountability, reflection, spiritual growth, and positive character development.
• Support student well-being and social-emotional development.
• Partner with counselors, staff, and families as needed.
