The Principal provides instructional leadership; fosters a safe, inclusive, and high-expectations school culture; supports strong academic outcomes; and ensures effective systems, procedures, and compliance at the school site. Working collaboratively with the Executive Director, the Principal leads the implementation of the school's mission, vision, values, and academic program; supports and develops teachers and staff; oversees student culture and discipline; and builds strong partnerships with families and the broader community.
