We're looking for a Student Affairs Coordinator who is equal parts mentor, motivator, and problem-solver to join our Student Affairs team. In this highly impactful role, you'll work directly with students throughout their journey-helping them stay on track, overcome challenges, and reach graduation. What You'll Be Doing Building strong connections with students and supporting them throughout their programs Proactively identifying and reaching out to students who may be at risk Coaching, advising, and motivating students through regular check-ins Partnering with faculty and leadership to support student retention initiatives Maintaining accurate student records and tracking progress What We're Looking For A student-centered professional who genuinely enjoys helping others Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Experience in higher education, student services, advising, or training (preferred) Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Ready to Make an Impact?
