THE ROLE
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk-all-night job. This role combines student support, sales, lead follow-up, marketing support, and administrative responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for many prospective students and play a critical role in helping them get started, stay engaged, and continue their dance journey. A significant portion of this role involves making outbound phone calls, following up with prospective students, answering questions, and helping people choose the right classes, memberships, and programs. You will also move throughout the studio during classes and events, interact with students, support studio operations, and help create an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Student Experience Greet students and guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Check students into classes and maintain smooth studio flow Assist new students with registration, account setup, and payments Answer questions about classes, memberships, events, and studio policies Create an outstanding first-time and every-time experience Sales & Lead Follow-Up Follow up with prospective students by phone, text, email, and other communication channels Respond promptly to inquiries and leads Help prospective students choose the right classes and programs Educate students about memberships and studio offerings Support membership sales through relationship-building and effective communication Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-up activities Help convert prospects into active students and active students into members Marketing & Studio Support Capture photos and videos during classes and events for social media Assist with flyers, social media content, event promotion, and studio marketing efforts Move through the studio with awareness during classes and events rather than remaining at the front desk Help create an energetic and welcoming studio atmosphere Operations Process class purchases, memberships, event registrations, and merchandise sales Maintain accuracy across registrations, payments, and student accounts Help maintain studio presentation through cleaning, tidying common areas, and restocking supplies Support daily studio operations and help wherever needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable making outbound phone calls and having sales-oriented conversations Solid computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly Exceptional time-management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to self-direct and stay productive without constant supervision Reliable, punctual, and dependable Friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoys helping people Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multiple things may be happening at once Comfortable moving throughout the studio and interacting with students throughout the shift Preferred Experience in hospitality, fitness, dance, recreation, membership sales, customer service, or a similar people-focused environment Experience with social media content creation Spanish fluency is helpful but not required

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
Starting Pay:
$16.90/hour We believe in rewarding growth and contribution. SCHEDULE
Part-Time Monday-Friday:
6:00 PM to close (typically 9:30-10:30 PM) First Friday of the
Month:
Typically until 10:30 PM Final Friday of the
Month:
Typically until 1:00 AM or later
Sundays:
12:00 PM-3:30 PM minimum, sometimes later Applicants should be consistently available for evening shifts and weekend responsibilities.
