Minimum 5-7 years of classroom teaching experience in elementary or middle school. Proven experience in school administration and instructional leadership, including managing staff development and program oversight. Expertise in IEP/504 management. Familiarity with SEL. Experience mentoring teachers and collaborating with staff. Ability to manage scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting. Willingness to work beyond standard hours and adapt to dynamic school needs. Commitment to confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional growth. Skills and Competencies Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in educational technology, scheduling software, and communication tools. Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and crisis management abilities.Preferred Attributes:
