The Director provides leadership and support to site and district administrators regarding personnel policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations while advancing equitable and effective staffing practices across the District. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Master's degree preferred
• Graduate coursework in school administration, personnel administration, labor relations, business administration, or related field preferred
• Experience managing or directing public school or public sector personnel and labor relations programs, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Valid California Driver's License Applicants must possess a valid California Administrative Services Credential or be eligible for issuance at the time of application.
