The town of Wheatland is valued by its residents for its small-town atmosphere and rural setting. Located in Northern California's Central Valley along State Route 65 in Yuba County, Wheatland is approximately one mile north of the Bear River and the tri-county boundary of Sutter, Placer, and Yuba Counties with 40 miles north of Sacramento. SCHEDULE

8:20 am to 1:50 pm Under the direction of the Site Administrator the FRC Assistant will coordinate a multitude of service functions of the FRC including but not limited to: monitoring student progress, Wheatland Youth Collaborative minutes and notifications, Community Fairs, parent outreach, facilitate county and community program awareness and participation. They will continue to coordinate and facilitate a welcoming environment for students, staff, parents and community to access information and services to improve their connectedness to the school and academic success. They will ensure case managed student records are maintained and confidential. The FRC Assistant will oversee the clothing closet and assist students who need clothing throughout the day. They will also work with students who need an alternate recess and/or place to complete classroom tasks.
