This role is centered on a singular priority: ensuring high-quality classroom instruction in every learning space, every day. The Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction will lead and support the ongoing implementation of our Unified Improvement Plan (UIP), with a focused emphasis on instructional excellence, aligned curriculum, and measurable student growth. This leader will play a critical role in building systems that support effective teaching, clear expectations, and accountability for results. This position will work in close partnership with Instructional Coaches, the Instructional Leadership Team, and district colleagues to drive high-quality classroom instruction as the primary lever for improving academic outcomes. Required Qualifications:

A valid Colorado Department of Education Principal License. The ability to handle many complex tasks simultaneously. The ability to facilitate and coach a high-functioning team. The ability to define roles and share responsibility to move the school vision forward. The ability to seek out and engage the perspective of others. The emotional intelligence to understand others' needs and provide support. The ability and interest to learn continuously and to adapt to changing circumstances (student characteristics, curriculum, and so on).
