Part-time Administrative Assistant to the Office of Athletics Arapahoe High School This position will support the full time Administrative Assistant to Athletics working 4 hours per day on the 180 day calendar.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Assistant will provide assistance to the athletic office in all daily activities, tasks, and projects as determined by the athletic director.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with students, staff, parents, and community members. Ability to handle multiple projects in a concurrent fast-paced and busy environment.

Nature of Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to walk, stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, speak with clarity, and have appropriate vision and hearing capabilities. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This position is a Grade 6 (Classified Salary Schedule) 180 Classified Calendar 0.5 FTE/20 hours/week
