Coordinator of Charis Bible College's Year 3 Ministry School under the direction of the 3 rd Year Manager and Ministry School Director. To serve the Curriculum Department in administrative duties that support the Business School, its faculty/staff, and the students. This role is both administrative (task-oriented) and managerial (people-oriented) in nature. Foster an uplifting and engaging student learning environment through relational connections and operational details. Essential Duties:
Direct and oversee the daily operations of the assigned Year 3 school, including student orientation and program activities. Organize, maintain, and oversee schedules for classes, electives, teaching labs, practicums, outreaches, projects, and special events. Serve as the communication liaison between students, faculty, instructors, the School Director, Curriculum Administration, and other support departments. Oversee and implement the curriculum for the Ministry School. Teach, mentor, coach, and advise students within the context of the role. Provide oversight, training, development, and delegation of responsibilities for assigned intern(s). Champion and execute plans, goals, and initiatives developed by the School Director, Academic Leadership, and Year 3 Manager. Assist the School Director in the development, evaluation, and improvement of curriculum, courses, teaching labs, electives, and student experiences. Monitor classes and attend to the needs of instructors, guest speakers, and visiting faculty. Advertise, interview, appoint, train, and oversee student interns. Prepare, revise, and communicate course schedules and program calendars. Communicate with instructors and guest speakers regarding schedules, expectations, and classroom needs. Coordinate with Hospitality, Special Guest Relations, Facilities, AVL, IT, EdTech, and other departments to support instructional and event needs. Coordinate and troubleshoot digital syllabi, learning management systems, and other academic resources. Submit facility, technology, classroom, and resource requests as needed. Maintain organization and inventory of classrooms, storage areas, equipment, software, and school resources. Complete and maintain KPI reports, dashboards, and other reporting requirements for the assigned school. Work collaboratively with the Year 3 Team and other departments to develop, manage, edit, and distribute course materials, syllabi, tests, projects, and academic resources. Monitor, track, and record grades, group participation, and other academic requirements. Facilitate communication between student-facing departments to support student success and resolve academic concerns. Coach students through academic, personal, behavioral, and spiritual challenges while maintaining appropriate communication with leadership and support departments. Determine when additional intervention from Academic Leadership, Student Services, or the Dean of Students may be needed. Monitor student compliance with the Student Handbook, escalating concerns to the appropriate leadership when necessary. Prepare and coordinate final projects, presentations, and panels for group projects. Represent the assigned Year 3 school and Charis Bible College at recruiting events, conferences, panels, and ministry activities as needed. Attend Curriculum Department meetings, staff meetings, training events, and other required meetings. Manage and oversee the application process for prospective students, including recruitment, interviewing, vetting, evaluation, and recommendation of applicants in partnership with the School Director. Maintain and develop policies, procedures, task flows, and operational documentation related to the assigned school. Perform other duties as assigned by the Year 3 Manager. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written command of the English language is required. Ability to teach and facilitate Ministry School curriculum courses. Ability to compose, proofread, and edit curriculum and tests. Possess excellent organizational skills. Exercise confidentiality, good judgment, and discernment. Possesses excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and relate to college students and their families. Strong conflict resolution and team management skills. Must be able to operate a Windows-based computer. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Able to handle complex scenarios and must be fluid in a changing environment. Must be a good communicator and have effective public speaking skills. Must have strong administrative and time management skills. Ability to administrate policy and leadership in various capacities. Requirements:
Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a demonstrated commitment to the doctrinal position of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College, and a continuous exhibition of desire to minister and serve others in varied capacities. Must sign the Statement of Faith. A high school diploma or equivalent education is required. A Charis Bible College graduate is preferred. Must be service-oriented and have demonstrated abilities to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, faculty, vendors, students, and community members of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. Exemplary Christian lifestyle and leadership by our biblical doctrine. Must have a genuine heart of ministry for the students. Must pass all required checks. Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in ministry and administration. 3+ years of experience supervising a team or managing people. Project Management experience is desirable. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
