In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding experience to both current students and prospective clients, while supporting the smooth execution of academic operations. Key responsibilities Manage and optimize the end-to-end student and prospect journey, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience at every touchpoint. Coordinate administrative and operational processes that support academic delivery, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless user experience. Drive enrollment growth by handling inquiries with a consultative approach, effectively guiding prospects from initial interest to successful registration.
