Front Desk Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Assistant to be the welcoming face of our Music School establishment. In this vital role, you will manage students interactions, handle schedule, and ensure seamless communication between students and teachers Your energetic approach will create a positive first impression, foster clients satisfaction, and uphold the high standards of our educational environment. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service Manage schedule system by using our on-line software Handle phone calls with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously

Requirements:

1. High school diploma. 2.

Open availability:

Mon - Wed (1pm-9pm) actual hours will be scheduled within those time frames. 3. Dependable transportation. 4. Ability to start immediately. 5. Clean background check.

Responsibly also will include:

performing customer service, scheduling and interacting with teachers, enrolling of new students, solving scheduling/client's issues, cleaning the studio, coordinating recitals and other school related duties as assigned.
